Being Here Is Half the Fun

Just a few random happenings in the life of your not-so-typical family, as told by the not-so-typical mom, hopefully with a sense of humor. So sit back and enjoy the keyboard ramblings of The Mom, My Favorite Alien, The Dolly (10), The Caveman (8) and the Monkeychild (4). We prefer to remain anonymous for the protection of others, but if you know who we are, well, there probably aren't any surprises here. Enjoy!

About Me

So, who am I? If you don't know, I'm not going to tell. So for now, enjoy my stories of a 40ish, stay-home mom, married to My Favorite Alien, and our children: The Dolly age 12, The Caveman age 10, and The Monkey age 6, in our little adventures through life. On any given day, least one parent and two children in our family have Asperger's Syndrome, so while not everyone can relate, everyone is free to laugh with us as we try to figure out how to live, love and relate in the world.
